Position: Contracts Manager

The company aims to provide high quality services through excellent craftsmanship, first-rate management skills and sound commercial sense within agreed time frames and to budget. The business has grown successfully in recent years and now needs to make the next step in its development by expanding its range and level of project work, particularly in the Rail industry.

This growth plan calls for an exceptional individual to join the team as Contracts Manager to source leads, win contracts and, working closely with the Contracts Surveyor, oversee them through implementation and completion to final account agreement, with a particular focus on managing works in and around train station buildings

As Contracts Manager, you will need to draw upon your expertise in gaining the confidence of key decision makers and stakeholders, building strong relationships with clients leading to win:win outcomes which ensure total customer satisfaction. You should have a formal qualification in construction management to support your experience. Previous experience working on commercial/residential projects and rail projects would be beneficial. The Company offers an attractive base salary with significant potential to increase On Target Earnings based on performance.
