As Operations Director Designate, you will identify and lead the organisational changes, supported by a committed and progressive senior management team covering all functional aspects of the business. You will bring the critical qualities associated with leading change; helping the business to achieve organisational efficiencies and profitable growth; whilst maintaining the values that make Pipers such a vital and equitable place for people to work.
