As Sales Director, you will be part of the committed, dynamic and progressive leadership team dedicated to executing a challenging growth strategy and developing key relationships with national wholesalers, supported by great team of responsive in-house sales and technical professionals. Recent successes include being awarded exclusive distribution agreements with key manufacturers.
To achieve success in this role, you will need to identify opportunities for the business, create campaigns that focus on solutions and form new, and build on, existing relationships whilst inspiring the in-house teams to consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer service. In addition, you will share Europa’s core values of teamwork that make the Company such a vital and equitable place for people to work.
