Position:  Senior HR Consultant – Position Successfully Filled

Location:  Maldon or London/South East

Description:

Located in the heart of the traditional market town of Maldon, Friary West is a niche HR Business Consultancy helping organisations with the challenges that come with business growth.  What sets Friary West apart is the focus that we bring to our relationships and projects, acting as part of the client’s organisation and adopting their objectives as our own. Key to the continuing success and growth of Friary West is the appointment of a like-minded individual to join us as in a senior consultancy and Board role.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, experienced HR practitioner who wants to be at the core of an organisation that makes a difference and adds value to clients, every day. You will apply your knowledge of employment law as a backdrop to senior level recruitment, succession planning, people management and organisational re-structures. We pride ourselves on the quality of our communications so the ability to convey ideas, proposals and recommendations, verbally and in writing, is an absolute must, as is an enjoyment of meeting new people, touring client sites, developing relationships and identifying opportunities where Friary West can add value.

Internally, you will be a critical part of a small senior team and will work closely with the Managing Director in growing the client base and driving this successful company forward to achieve its ambitious goals. You should be located within easy access of the M25 and London; have the facilities to operate a home office as well as working from Maldon and on client sites.

If you believe you have what it takes to help grow a consultancy, as well as wanting to be at the core of the business you are helping to build, then please contact Mary Powell in the first instance by emailing marypowell@friarywest.co.uk attaching your CV and setting out your aspirations and salary expectations. The closing date for applications is 21 September 2015.
